I purchased a sake called Hiramatsu. The reason for the purchase was that it looked fresh and cool in appearance, as the weather has been hot. It was easy. It tastes refreshing and is very easy to drink. It does not have the harshness of sake. It tastes almost like water and seems to go well with all kinds of food.

Here it is today. Gassan" by Yoshida Shuzo of Yasugi City, Shimane Prefecture. It has a strong rice flavor and a refreshing finish. I love history, and one of the most famous warring feudal lords in the San-in region (Shimane Prefecture) is the Amago clan. Their castle was Gassan Tomita Castle. I was attracted by both the name and the design, so I bought one.

I bought a bottle of Mio sparkling at the supermarket. Easy to drink! But it doesn't have much of a sake feel...or does it? It is like a sweet sake...THE sake! If you want to drink "Sake like sweet sake", you should not buy it. But it is easy to drink, so it might be good for people who are new to sake.

Yong" from Katsuyama Sake Brewery in Miyagi Prefecture. It was said to be one of Katsuyama's sweetest and richest flavors, and it tasted as sweet and delicious as melon juice. It also had a strong sake aftertaste, so much so that I had to be careful not to drink too much.
