Here it is today. Gassan" by Yoshida Shuzo of Yasugi City, Shimane Prefecture. It has a strong rice flavor and a refreshing finish. I love history, and one of the most famous warring feudal lords in the San-in region (Shimane Prefecture) is the Amago clan. Their castle was Gassan Tomita Castle. I was attracted by both the name and the design, so I bought one.
