I had this sake at a sushi restaurant I visited on a trip to Toyama. It was a wonderful sake with a soft sweetness that spread and disappeared quickly.

The moderate sweetness and well-balanced acidity make it a gobbleable sake.
Lately, I have been used to low-alcohol sake of 13-14%, so I felt the alcohol in this one at 16%!

We received a special Akabu for our New Year's celebration. It was a good sake that could be gulped down with its moderate sweetness and light, slightly carbonated taste.
It was expensive at 4,950 yen for 720 ml, but I was satisfied.
