First, at room temperature. Slightly floral aroma and sweetness in the mouth. After two or three sips, you will feel a spiciness in your throat. When cooled, the sweetness is softened and the sake becomes easy to drink.

The special Junmai Daiginjo of Hourai that I drank at New Year's was so delicious that I wanted to try another Hourai and bought it 🍶-. It has a fruity taste with a lingering sweetness, and you can feel the alcohol taste as it passes down your throat. Personally, I thought it might be too sweet and a bit heavy for a mealtime drink. I thought it might be a little heavy for a mealtime drink, but after drinking it on the second day, I could drink it easily at all. You can enjoy the change in taste!

An easy drinking sake with a sweet but refreshing aftertaste. On the second day, it oxidized a little more, and the alcohol taste subsided as the corners were removed and the alcohol taste subsided, making it even more delicious 🍶´-.
