I had a bottle of Kuroryu's Junmai Daiginjo, Hiira Kotobuki. It has a gentle ginjo aroma, a mouthfeel like a honey peach, and a smooth and beautiful aftertaste. The aftertaste is smooth and clean. It has no miscellaneous flavors and is good on its own or with food. It is a good sake^^.

I bought this Junmai Ginjo-shu from Sogen of Ishikawa at the Ekiben-ya Festival at Tokyo Station. The aroma is very mild. When you taste it, you can feel the sweet taste of rice after the clear acidity. It's the kind of sake that goes well with salted nabe. It's a shame I can't warm it up while I'm on vacation, but I think it's a good sake for a meal.

I was given a bottle of Horaiizumi Gin, a famous sake from my hometown in Aichi Prefecture, by a fellow sake drinker who I respect, so I drank it at home. It has a gentle alcoholic aroma with a slight tang. When you put it in your mouth, it feels a little dry, but the solid flavor spreads in your mouth. The feeling that passes through the nose is gentle. In the aftertaste, the taste with a sense of maturity spreads to the back of the throat. The balance from the time you put it in your mouth to the time you swallow it is wonderful. It is the most popular sake in Aichi for a long time.
