I bought this Junmai Ginjo-shu from Sogen of Ishikawa at the Ekiben-ya Festival at Tokyo Station.
The aroma is very mild.
When you taste it, you can feel the sweet taste of rice after the clear acidity.
It's the kind of sake that goes well with salted nabe.
It's a shame I can't warm it up while I'm on vacation, but I think it's a good sake for a meal.
