I had a bottle of Kuroryu's Junmai Daiginjo, Hiira Kotobuki.
It has a gentle ginjo aroma, a mouthfeel like a honey peach, and a smooth and beautiful aftertaste.
The aftertaste is smooth and clean. It has no miscellaneous flavors and is good on its own or with food.
It is a good sake^^.
