I bought it because of the mizu-hashiroshi brewing!
I had heard of mizu-hashiroshi, but I had never heard of mizu-hashiroshi.
I found out that mizu-hashiroshi is made from lactic acid fermented soya water while nama-hashiroshi is made from plain water.
It has a moderate acidity and a deep, lingering flavor that I think I'm going to be addicted to.
The price was cheap, about 1000 yen, so I will buy it again 🍶.
Hiro
Sake made in the U.S.A., apparently.
I bought it at a liquor store called Crown.
I found this sake mixed in with wine, rum and other western liquors.
It wasn't very easy to drink, but it felt like sake.
It was more like sake.
The clerk at the cash register said she liked Japan and liked sake.
I'm so glad that sake is so popular overseas!
The next time I went there, they had Otters!
I didn't buy it because it was too expensive, but...
I like ★★
