New Year's Eve, We had it with crab hot pot. It's a pure sake, but it has a clean taste and goes well with crab, It has a clean taste and goes well with crab, It went well with crab and we were able to enjoy it well over the New Year's Eve.

猫のしっぽ

As the label on the back says, the aroma is gorgeous. The alcohol content is a little low, It is easy to drink, yet has a nice umami and sweetness, It was delicious.

It has a good mouthfeel, It has a pleasant mouthfeel, but is also full-bodied, The aroma is good, and you can enjoy it without any side dish. It has become one of my favorites.

Refreshing to the palate It is indeed a daiginjo. I wonder if the people of Japan drank it (they did not). A moment to think about the end of the Tokugawa Shogunate.

It was served with warmed sake. Sashimi of Japanese common squid with soy sauce and liver, and yellowtail shabu-shabu. It was perfect for a cold night.
