It has been a long time since I have had sake! I tend to avoid Daiginjos because of their strong fruity flavor, but I was grateful for the gift. After all, the flavor unique to Daiginjo is very strong and people who are intoxicated by Daiginjo cannot argue with that! I am in awe. It was a very good sake. We look forward to another opportunity to play against you again.

Japanese hiya (firewood) It was unquestionably delicious at hiya. It was more than a noticeable umami, it was an unbeatable umami. I have no great sense of taste, but I simply felt it was a sake that could not be beaten. I will buy it if I find it on my way home.

This is the brewery that makes Kinmiya, and I have always been a fan of Kinmiya, so I gave it a try. It was very ordinary! This is what I thought was a normal sake. For better or worse, it was an ordinary sake. If you live in a place where you can easily buy it, you can have it for dinner!

I drank it cold. Drinking at home, I had it with gizzard ponzu and others. It was delicious without any likes and dislikes. Repeat: Cold Sake Junmai Sake (★★★) Thank you for the treat.

Since it is Yamahai, I served it cold. It had a nice acidity and sweetness that I usually don't enjoy in cold sake, but it was delicious. There is a repeat at ★★★(cold sake)

The best sake! Slow down at the end of the year, Dokurakura!!!! The sweet taste of the robust rice, the sweetness of the rice, and the umami that does not lose to the strong flavoring, this sake is delicious even if it is just a sake. Sukiyaki, braised pork cartilage, sashimi, cheetara, you name it, this sake can be served with it.
