Sweet and delicious foam! Nice and sharp! This is perfect before dinner! You can drink it easily. The alcohol content is only 12%, so you can drink it while trying out different food pairings. I enjoyed it with Carpaccio! Recommended!

THE refreshing sake When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the strong gas. The delicious and spicy taste spreads fluently, and it breaks with bitterness. The aroma is moderate. If the bitterness was a little weaker, the balance would be better. I'll leave it for about 3 days. I hope the mellowness will increase!

Stylish bottle A gorgeous aroma with a delicious flavor. It is very easy to drink and it goes easily. It seems to go well with appetizers. I paired it with spinach with tofu paste and raw octopus, and it was absolutely delicious!

unrefined sake It is mellow and fruity and easy to drink. Immediately after opening the bottle, the flavor is effective, and the impression is that it breaks up with a little bitterness. It goes well with fatty sashimi. After about three days, it became much mellower and more like a food sake. I just dropped by the sake shop and bought it, but it was delicious.

My personal favorite brand. I went to buy Junmai Chievijin at a liquor store I know, and found a black label! And the logo is backwards! I was curious and bought it immediately! Slight gas feeling It's sweet and fruity with a hint of sweetness in the mouth. Yet the aftertaste recedes quickly and is moderately refreshing. It complements the meal and does not interfere with it at all! This is delicious! We had a good encounter. It's so good, I feel like I'm drinking a little too much. Up at 4:30 tomorrow. Looking forward to drinking tomorrow night, let's go to bed! Let's do our best tomorrow.

Neighborhood Sake Brewery They recommended Shiboritate, so I bought it. There is a white label and a black label, and the difference is in the rice polishing ratio. I chose the black label this time. They use rice produced in Chiba prefecture. When you put it in your mouth, you feel a strong sourness and a little sweetness. Then, it has a refreshing aroma and a light finish. I paired it with cheese, and it was very delicious.
