It is mellow and fruity and easy to drink.
Immediately after opening the bottle, the flavor is effective, and the impression is that it breaks up with a little bitterness.
It goes well with fatty sashimi.
After about three days, it became much mellower and more like a food sake.
I just dropped by the sake shop and bought it, but it was delicious.
