There is a white label and a black label, and the difference is in the rice polishing ratio.
I chose the black label this time.
They use rice produced in Chiba prefecture.
When you put it in your mouth, you feel a strong sourness and a little sweetness.
Then, it has a refreshing aroma and a light finish.
I paired it with cheese, and it was very delicious.
