Dai
Dry food sake brewed at a small 200-year-old brewery in Shobara, northern part of the prefecture 🍶.
It has a mild, light aroma, a full-bodied flavor and a crisp dryness when you drink it, a good thirst-quenching taste, and a clean aftertaste that doesn't interfere with food 😁.
It's a great cosmetic sake, but I like this one a lot 😋.
