Sake Collection @ Akiba
This is the most popular sake at this event 🍶.
We compared 3 kinds of Kinpoh.
The brewer here is elderly but friendly and always smiling 😄I couldn't help talking with him. There was no one in line behind us, so we could talk as much as we wanted 😁.
I would like to visit this brewery someday 🤗❗️

The sweetness is clean and very refreshing.
I could feel a unique minerality like barley tea❓. This freshness is a unique and interesting flavor not found in other sakes.
This is a duck🦆🦆🦆 to drink at home.

Sourness up compared to the ginjo: ⤴️
Clearer up: ⤴️
It has a sweet and sour flavor 😆.

The sourness is gone and only sweetness remains😙.
Soothing and fleeting sweetness 😚.
Good mouthfeel and refreshing on the throat.
There is no minerality that I felt in (1). Maybe it's the fire 🤔.
The first sake I had was so good that I bought it to drink at home 🤗I haven't opened the bottle as of today, but I'll post when I do 💪.
I bought some sake and now I'm going home 😆.
