The aroma is mild, minty and refreshing. Very refreshing with no alcohol.
When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness with acidity instantly passes through to the nose. There is almost no lingering taste and it is quite easy to drink.
It is well-balanced when served chilled, or at room temperature. Tempura served with salt would be great.
