かずほGoshu at Wakahachimangu Shrine in Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City. This shrine is famous for exorcising bad luck. My wife received this sake after being exorcised from a bad luck. It is dry and crisp. Does it seem to drop bad luck every time you swallow it?

てんの父ちゃんIt is a warmed sake, and it tastes much better warmed than cold.
The flavor changes depending on the temperature.
The aroma is very fragrant, probably due to the 75% rice polishing ratio.

ペンギンブルーI went through to open the bottle and waited. Freshly opened.
Refreshing aroma.
When you swallow it, it is slightly cloudy, but there is a modest but koji type of rice sweetness.
The taste is nostalgic and gentle, somewhat reminiscent of the white sake used at the Doll's Festival.
When lukewarm, it is a little sweet potato-like.
