くぅねるIt is a junmai daiginjo, but just a bit spicier.
Personally, the moment I put my mouth on this sake, I remember the days when my grandfather, grandmother, and relatives were all alive and laughing and sharing sake with each other.
The label may change, but the essence of what is inside remains the same.
It is a sake that makes me cry personally. yakbee○ ○
Cold sake, delicious. shunIt is sweet and tasty. But it is not too sweet, it is rather light.
The snack was a whale ham I bought in Chiba the other day. It didn't go well with this sake, but the whale ham was delicious and not too peculiar. かえぴょんClears up fast!
It has a spicy aftertaste. This definitely goes well with simmered dishes.
Not too sweet, so easy to drink.

My wife bought this for me for my birthday.
Slightly sweet but fruity with a clean aftertaste.
Goes well with mixed nuts. えりりんMr. Takhashi konbanhasan ´´takhasan´´.
I heard that this brewery's sake is easy to drink for beginners and women, I'll buy some next time 😊. たかはしThank you!!! I have been wondering about it, but this is the first time I drank it. By the way, she said she bought it at Kenji's fudokan in Morioka Minami Aeon.
I think it is easy for women to drink. ましらのやまさんJunmai Ginjoshu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It seems you can't go wrong with Junmai Daiginjo sake from Tohoku... it's delicious. The ginjo aroma is more subdued than the Yamada Nishiki Shichifukujin.
Every year around this time I go on a hot spring trip with a group of like-minded friends, and in 2017 we went to Amihari Onsen in Iwate Prefecture.
In 2017, I decided to go with Junmai Ginjo sake.
What kind of sake is served in the restaurant at the inn? I was very excited to see if there were any duplicates.
That's why we have several types of sake with the date of drinking as 1/28/2017. PrinceMichael3_It has more acidity than I imagined. It is light and refreshing, with a weak aftertaste, but the acidity lingers and is very good.
The brewery uses 100% Hitomebore grown by the students of Hanamaki Agricultural High School, the brewery's hometown. I hope they will continue this kind of project.
The appetizers were saffron sashimi, edamame, and shrimp cutlet, all of which went well together. It's a delicious sake that doesn't lose out to the flavors of the sauce and sauce.
My personal favorite: ★★★★☆
A205X253A gift from a tavern friend of mine.
I forgot to drink it properly😅.
This is the last of the sake I received.
It's a holiday and I drink more than usual
I'm going to drink more than usual
Let's add some more to the comparison💦
The color is quite lemony.
Aroma of rice.
It's more refreshing than the color
The taste is rather refreshing.
There is a light sense of being left out.
There is little sweetness, and the main flavor is umami.
There is a slight aftertaste of rice.
The lack of sharpness is a charm😜.
It is a very normal dry sake.
There is nothing special about it, but
but it is a great travel companion with local food.
A small bottle is just the right amount of saltiness💦
Ate is boiled and soaked shishito peppers wrapped in shiso leaves.
The bitterness of this shishito and the freshness of the shiso leaves
the best match to double the flavor of the sake👍.
It was hot yesterday😵
The air conditioner in the car was working well, but
but there was no way to avoid the unhealthy
but the sunshine was unavoidable🥵 Maa.A205X253, good morning. ♪
That's some serious sobriety right there! Shishito peppers & braised shiso leaves sounds good!
It was hot yesterday too! I'm sure you'll be able to find something that works for you.
etorannzyuGood morning😃.
This is a sake from the birthplace of Nanbu Toji🎶.
I've never tried it before 😅.
I'm sure you'll be able to find a great deal on it here. tkmts A205X253.
Good morning, Mr. 🐣.
I thought you were drinking a strange kind of alcohol.
It was a gift 🙂 .
It's so good!
I'll make it next time. A205X253Hello Maa.🎶Mugen Shishito Ooba 😋Not so much today, but sunburn is poisonous to the body and can cause skin blemishes five to ten years later. It can also lead to bad accumulation, so always wear sunscreen❗️. A205X253I'd like to try Kame-no-o, which is difficult to brew 💦. A205X253tkmt-sama, hi 🎶I got a new one that I don't usually get anyway 😁I used a toothpick to push the shishito peppers in a few places, then I steamed them in the microwave with sake, wrapped them with shiso leaves and boiled them in my favorite broth. Be patient until the flavors sink in😋. tcRice polishing ratio 60%.
