Hanamaki Sake My wife bought this for me for my birthday. Slightly sweet but fruity with a clean aftertaste. Goes well with mixed nuts.

This is a dry sake. The sake sensation comes quickly, and then dies down quickly. It goes well with rice.

Sake rice: 100% Gin Ginga from Iwate Prefecture, polished to 45% al15-16 Sake degree +5 Acidity 1.7 It seems you can't go wrong with Junmai Daiginjo sake from Tohoku... it's delicious. The ginjo aroma is more subdued than the Yamada Nishiki Shichifukujin. Every year around this time I go on a hot spring trip with a group of like-minded friends, and in 2017 we went to Amihari Onsen in Iwate Prefecture. In 2017, I decided to go with Junmai Ginjo sake. What kind of sake is served in the restaurant at the inn? I was very excited to see if there were any duplicates. That's why we have several types of sake with the date of drinking as 1/28/2017.

It has more acidity than I imagined. It is light and refreshing, with a weak aftertaste, but the acidity lingers and is very good. The brewery uses 100% Hitomebore grown by the students of Hanamaki Agricultural High School, the brewery's hometown. I hope they will continue this kind of project. The appetizers were saffron sashimi, edamame, and shrimp cutlet, all of which went well together. It's a delicious sake that doesn't lose out to the flavors of the sauce and sauce. My personal favorite: ★★★★☆

A gift from a tavern friend of mine. I forgot to drink it properly😅. This is the last of the sake I received. It's a holiday and I drink more than usual I'm going to drink more than usual Let's add some more to the comparison💦 The color is quite lemony. Aroma of rice. It's more refreshing than the color The taste is rather refreshing. There is a light sense of being left out. There is little sweetness, and the main flavor is umami. There is a slight aftertaste of rice. The lack of sharpness is a charm😜. It is a very normal dry sake. There is nothing special about it, but but it is a great travel companion with local food. A small bottle is just the right amount of saltiness💦 Ate is boiled and soaked shishito peppers wrapped in shiso leaves. The bitterness of this shishito and the freshness of the shiso leaves the best match to double the flavor of the sake👍. It was hot yesterday😵 The air conditioner in the car was working well, but but there was no way to avoid the unhealthy but the sunshine was unavoidable🥵
