It seems you can't go wrong with Junmai Daiginjo sake from Tohoku... it's delicious. The ginjo aroma is more subdued than the Yamada Nishiki Shichifukujin.
Every year around this time I go on a hot spring trip with a group of like-minded friends, and in 2017 we went to Amihari Onsen in Iwate Prefecture.
In 2017, I decided to go with Junmai Ginjo sake.
What kind of sake is served in the restaurant at the inn? I was very excited to see if there were any duplicates.
That's why we have several types of sake with the date of drinking as 1/28/2017.
