It is a junmai daiginjo, but just a bit spicier.
Personally, the moment I put my mouth on this sake, I remember the days when my grandfather, grandmother, and relatives were all alive and laughing and sharing sake with each other.
The label may change, but the essence of what is inside remains the same.
It is a sake that makes me cry personally.
