Fruity ginjo aroma. Aroma is mellow, but the mouthfeel is refreshing. The taste is a little classic, so a wine glass or other sake cup is recommended.
At a local sake shop in Yamagata, I found a brand I had never seen before.
It was recommended to me as it was light and dry.
It was much easier to drink than I had imagined, and was the best normal sake I had ever tasted. It's like a food sake that goes down smoothly without a hitch.
The label seems to be different depending on the brand of rice. I would like to try other brands.
After work, I had a drink after the sun had set.
Tomorrow (today?) I will be able to relax and enjoy it since I will be off for the first time in a long time.
When I asked for a recommendation for heated sake at a Toda Park liquor store, this sake was recommended along with Kamekohanabishi Omachi.
It is a draft sake and would normally be better to drink it cold or at room temperature.
The owner's insight in recommending heated sake, even if it is a draft, is invaluable👍.
While cold sake may end up with no particular impression, there are some elements that are enhanced by warming up the sake.
A project to determine my personal BEST 5 for 2022 compared to 2021!
Candidate No. 1. it was a complete label buy, but I don't dislike it for its sweetness.
I'll use this as my standard for now.
By the way, the best 5 of 21 years are
Takacho, Suidama, Tenmei, Takachiyo, and Kirameki Sannen.

Crisp, dry and refreshing. Easy to match with meals 😋. It was pleasantly refreshing. Aomori Toji is involved 🤔 Sashimi platter (Undan, Ryobi flounder, Fukaura sea bream, Kaikyo water octopus, live scallops), Oma Iwa Mozuku and all the sake snacks were excellent 😆.
