At a local sake shop in Yamagata, I found a brand I had never seen before.
It was recommended to me as it was light and dry.
It was much easier to drink than I had imagined, and was the best normal sake I had ever tasted. It's like a food sake that goes down smoothly without a hitch.
The label seems to be different depending on the brand of rice. I would like to try other brands.
