An acquaintance of mine asked me to go to the sake shop run by the family of the brewer. I explained the situation to the Toji's father, who came out and carefully explained the specifications to me. I could feel his love for his son, and I couldn't help but buy some for myself. We went home and had dinner with a smile on our faces. At 1650 yen for a four-pack of Junmai Daiginjo, the cost is excellent, and the taste is light, sweet, and easy to drink. I found a good sake and a good sake shop at the same time☺️.

It's a gift. It's sake from a local sake brewery, Azuma no Foothills. Last year I drank the raw version, but this time it's the infused version. It has a sake meter of -15, but it's not that sweet. Maybe it's because it has a refreshing aftertaste.
