Crisp, dry and refreshing. Easy to match with meals 😋. It was pleasantly refreshing. Aomori Toji is involved 🤔 Sashimi platter (Undan, Ryobi flounder, Fukaura sea bream, Kaikyo water octopus, live scallops), Oma Iwa Mozuku and all the sake snacks were excellent 😆.
