Junmai Daiginjo comparison part 2 It is totally different from Eikoh Fuji and has a calm taste. Although it is a Junmai Daiginjo but you can feel the flavor of the rice well. You will never get tired of it. In conclusion, both of them are delicious!

It's a gift. It's sake from a local sake brewery, Azuma no Foothills. Last year I drank the raw version, but this time it's the infused version. It has a sake meter of -15, but it's not that sweet. Maybe it's because it has a refreshing aftertaste.

A hint of acidity from the sweetness of the mouth. Personally, I think a little more crispness would be perfect.

Sorry for the comment. Yawaragi, it's a great place to visit 😊. I haven't been able to get there at all in Corona, but I hope the softwoods will do well ✨

I've had it before and it was delicious. Blue sky I bought it because I trust my memory (records). In like water. The sweetness spreads. You can do it on its own or with food and drink You were right to buy it. It says thank you in small letters. Playfulness is good. Sake rice: Yukigami Rice polishing rate: 40%. Alcohol content: 16%.

I bought a sky bow a long time ago. Sweet, with a clean finish. Mild, perhaps because it's been so long since I bought it. I think it's very well-balanced and delicious, but I wonder if it would have been more youthful if I drank it sooner?

Drive from Yonezawa to Yamagata to buy ❗️ The first one was Kinnai Shouten. I saw a comment on "Tengyu" in the Sake-no-Wa and wanted to drink it, so this is my first one. This is the first one I've tried. There is not much of a ginjo aroma. It's sweet in the mouth, but after a while... Dry❓It's crispy. There's no sweetness left in the mouth. It's nice and not too sweet! This heavenly bow was said to be the sweetest in the series.
