Nigorizake is a kind of sake which is produced in a local produce center when new sake is made. We found it, so we opened a bottle. It was 1100 yen! It takes an awful long time to open the bottle... On the one hand, we want the nigori to be evenly distributed, but on the other hand, when it rains, the carbonation blows out, so it takes a lot of time to control that... But it tastes good, so I wait until it's good... When I finally drink it, it's great! Carbonation & strong flavor. It's a stiff sake, but the carbonation softens the bitterness, so it's very mild and delicious! It's a great seasonal sake to drink! The alcohol content is high, so please be careful...

This morning, when I dropped by a local produce center to buy vegetables, I discovered the label "New rice, new sake" and bought some. Buying sake in the morning (laughs) In the evening, I opened the bottle immediately. At the beginning of drinking, there is a slight carbonation, and it is very mild. In the middle, you can feel the umami, and in the end, the bitterness. This is good... Because it has a big slow and rapid pace, it leaves a big impression. It is delicious.
