I was curious about this drink on the internet, so I popped it in lol.
The Haruka-kai, a local sake shop research group made up of about 90 sake stores nationwide, surveyed consumers and restaurants to find out what kind of sake they wanted, and asked Suehiro Sake Brewery to produce it.
The members tasted and tasted and created a fruity, junmai sake with the flavor of rice spreading out.

This sake is 100% Yume-no-Ka.
I wonder if it's the Utsukushima Dream Yeast.
But the aroma isn't that strong, and it's not easy to make. It's not easy to make a sake unique to the prefecture.
I bought it because the bottle was blue and seemed to be the correct summer sake.
