I went to Niigata for work and bought some sweet sake for the first time in a long time 😌. The first day I drank it, I thought it was too smooth and I didn't know what sweet sake was like. But when I drank it the second day, the juiciness that gradually spread in my mouth was delicious 😋. Because I drank it with firefly squid on the second day? I'd like to taste some sweet ones in the future so I can learn to appreciate the taste!

Murakami Limited Edition Sake! The aroma reminds me of Murasuke. And at first sip, you think, oh, it's a little spicy like Murasuke... but when you combine it with the snacks, it's spicy! It's delicious!

Ponshukan Craftsmanship（Niigata City, Japan 🌾Not disclosed This is the first release in 6 years. It is a dry sake which is rare for Murasuke brand. This was delicious, but if you choose Murasuke, you will want to enjoy the elegant sweetness.

This time's bottle is this one! This is a summer sake version of Murasuke, which is synonymous with sweet and savory sake. The name is upside down (lol), and since I've never had it before, I got it right away (^^). The sourness is much stronger than the "Murasuke" I usually drink! I wonder what it is, it's like yogurt. Then take a sip... yuck! The sweet and sour taste of yogurt and berries is in full swing! I see, it's "YUMURA" not "MURASUKE" (´ω`) My wife who likes "MURASUKE" didn't like it so much, she said it was like "Ine Mukae"... I think it's more like "Ine Mankais". 3.5 stars
