I went to Niigata for work and bought some sweet sake for the first time in a long time 😌.
The first day I drank it, I thought it was too smooth and I didn't know what sweet sake was like. But when I drank it the second day, the juiciness that gradually spread in my mouth was delicious 😋.
Because I drank it with firefly squid on the second day?
I'd like to taste some sweet ones in the future so I can learn to appreciate the taste!
Murakami Limited Edition Sake! The aroma reminds me of Murasuke. And at first sip, you think, oh, it's a little spicy like Murasuke... but when you combine it with the snacks, it's spicy! It's delicious!

This is the first release in 6 years. It is a dry sake which is rare for Murasuke brand.
This was delicious, but if you choose Murasuke, you will want to enjoy the elegant sweetness.
Good evening, Nanao-san ^ ^.
I've been waiting in the fridge for a while to buy a bottle of the dry version of Murasuke, which is characterized by its sweetness👍.
This time's bottle is this one!
This is a summer sake version of Murasuke, which is synonymous with sweet and savory sake. The name is upside down (lol), and since I've never had it before, I got it right away (^^).
The sourness is much stronger than the "Murasuke" I usually drink! I wonder what it is, it's like yogurt. Then take a sip... yuck! The sweet and sour taste of yogurt and berries is in full swing! I see, it's "YUMURA" not "MURASUKE" (´ω`) My wife who likes "MURASUKE" didn't like it so much, she said it was like "Ine Mukae"... I think it's more like "Ine Mankais".
