The 4th Tajima brewer's pride. It is "Sasazuru" from Izushi. It has a mellow sweetness. It has a sweetness that disappears easily, and an alcohol feeling that lingers easily. It doesn't have too strong alcohol feeling which is common in alcoholated sake. The taste is mainly mellow. It is a pleasant sake to drink in your stomach.
