We bought it at Izushi Shuzo brewery. We had it at room temperature first. It has a nice aroma of rice. It's a little watery. Next, it was lukewarmed, which is good. A little bitterness came out. Next, I had it hot, and it was good. In my opinion, hot heating is recommended.
Day 2 The rice aroma is as good as ever. It's not watery anymore. I warmed it to lukewarm. The flavor of the rice spreads and is mellow. I like it lukewarm after the second day!
