Junmai Ginjo 100% specially grown rice Gohyakumangoku
Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15
Warmed sake can be served at ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💦.
Purchased at Niigata-kan Nespace, Omotesando
Back from my trip to Toyama and a little bit of a good night's sleep 😉.
Before going to Toyama, I decided to have some Niigata sake that I bought at Niigata-kan Nespas in Omotesando 🥰.
For a while, I will continue to review the Niigata sakes I bought at Omotesando and the Toyama trip souvenirs 😅.
First, I had it at room temperature (cold sake). I think it's a dry sake with just a hint of ginjo aroma, and a tasty rice flavor and acidity on the palate, but I felt it was somewhat peculiar, so it was one rank down from my taste at room temperature and ended up at ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 😅.
When I tried it hot, the peculiarities were lessened and the taste became mellower, so I ranked it up to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 😘.
We also chilled it overnight in the fridge and had it cold. The crisp, dry face became clearer, but the unique quirkiness also showed its face. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
For me, I thought it was a delicious sake to be heated up 🤗.

Crystal with subtle yellow nuances.
The nose is gentle, with banana and melon, chestnuts, mushrooms, and fresh cream.
The attack is rather strong. Elegant sweetness, with smooth acidity. Bitterness with a hint of savory.
It is rounded and has a solid impression for an Ihyakumangoku.
Consecutive holidays today and tomorrow 😆.
Relax and have a lunchtime drink 😁.
My first brand ✨
Sparkling, which I don't often buy
It's light and tasty👍
It's 8% so you can drink as much as you want!
Good evening, Tsuyodai! Good evening, Tsuyodai-san!
It's NICE to have a day off on the day of heavy snow today and tomorrow............................I like cold sake in a warm kotatsu. ♪🤤
Good evening, Tsuyodai 😁.
Nice daytime drink👍and nice brand I've never seen before👍and I'm curious about the snacks 🤔 is it a blue mold cheese? Looks like it would go well with sparring😆.
2023 First sake 🍶.
Slightly dry, dark and full-flavored.
Slightly dry, dark and rich in flavor with a clean aftertaste.
Enjoy the aroma
Sake is crisp and refreshing.
It's like the royal road of sake.
I can't stop drinking it.
Yoshinoya's sake for beef bowls is Nagaoka's Kashiwa Dew, an original sake made to go with Yoshinoya's beef bowls.
Today was the last day of work and we had a company party, but there was no sake on the all-you-can-drink menu, so we had beer and highballs.
I wanted to finish off with sake, so I stopped at Yoshinoya on my way home.
It was refreshing, had a nice flavor, and was sharp 😀.
Going back to my own post, I had a drink at the same Yoshinoya on the 27th of the year exactly one year ago😅.
I guess it's a tradition at the end of the year now.
Beef bowl topped with negi raayu, the green onions are crispy👍.
Year-end and New Year vacations start tomorrow.
I want to relax and drink at home 😌.
Hi Haruei Chichi 😊.
It's a well made sake👍.
It is refreshing, but goes well with beef bowl, no this is not so bad.
End of the year tradition, by all means 😅👍.
Hiraccio, thank you for finishing your work.
Year-end party, no sake, all you can drink.
It's a certain thing 😆.
Yoshinoya for closing out alone❗️Great❗️It's the ultimate in elegance😭
How refreshing. Please have a great new year!
Taste, peculiarity, and sharpness that are typical of Tokusyu Junmai.
It has a fluffy and strong rice smell (in a good way).
It has a sharp mouthfeel, but the strength of the aroma seems to persist.
Delicious.
It just so happens that it was the right choice to pair it with vinegared mackerel.
Kashiwadro Junmai Daiginjyo Namaikomi
15% 50% 720ml 1430yen
Purchased at a local shopping street in Togoshiginza.
The name is written "Kashiwa Dew" and reads "Hakuro".
The first sip of the bottle.
Hmmm?
A unique smell that escapes into the nose. It smells like a poultice. A medicine box feeling. The taste is not bad, but my nose picks up an unpleasant oily smell.
Maybe there is something wrong with my nose, I tried to drink it the next day.
It's still unique. It tastes like root beer or Dr. Pepper, to put it nicely.
It is said to be a summer sake, but it does not have a refreshing taste, but rather a mild taste like vanilla. I don't know if it is a daiginjo or not.
It did not receive many votes at the Kinshokai.
