At a soba noodle restaurant, my husband had a little share of the drink.â Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 15 Classic taste of rice flavor. It has a twangy feeling, but when drunk with chicken tempura, it tastes just right and is delicious ♡♡♡♡♡♡. The 2nd and 3rd pictures are paintings that are OK to photograph ✨.

Rice used is unknown It is a unique sake. The palate has a moderate sweetness, but not so much that it can be described as dry. The umami spreads slowly, The acidity is very effective and tight. It is not peculiar, but it is a type that cannot be tasted anywhere else. I like this balance and sense of taste. Interesting sake, I found it: ❣️

This is also our first time to visit this brewery. I'm glad to see that they have a lot of unpasteurized sake. I completely forgot about the bad things at work and went into drinking mode. Just like the label on the back, this sake has a lot of flavor, but it's not heavy. Even though it was nigori, it didn't feel sloppy. It was an easy to drink sake.

This is a Daiginjo with a 40% rice polishing ratio. I haven't had many daiginjos that aren't pure rice, but it's as good as you'd expect from a low polish ratio! There is a weight to the taste.

町内会館で飲んでたので少し頂きました！仕事で滋賀県に行ってた方からの差し入れ。 美味しい！濃い味！ 一緒に飲んでた宮大工さんが「杉の香りがする」とか言ってます。流石、宮大工。私にはサッパリわかりません！そんな舌（鼻）があったら良かったのにー。羨ましい。そしたらもっとステキなコメント出来るのにー！
