It is a special junmai-shu using rice rice called "Kyo no Mamekko Koshihikari" from Yosano-cho.
The toji (brewer) is his son, and the label is his wife's design.
The label is designed by his wife. All the labels of Yosamusume are cute🐸
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a strong umami taste.

She was born in 1997. I put her on the list as a Yosa girl for now, but I don't know what she is really. It is an old syochu liqueur from this brewery, born in 1997. It has a nice faint bitterness that remains at the end.

Includes information about the company. Yosamusume Sake Brewing Company. We had "Summer Limited Edition Sono Higurashi Nigorizake" cold sake. It has a cloudy white color. It has a sweet rice aroma, reminiscent of makkoli. It smells like fermented amazake. There is a slight sizzle when you open the package, and when you pour it into the bottle, it is slightly carbonated because it is fermented in the bottle. The small popping sensation is pleasant on the tongue, but the impact is gentle and heavy. Although the beer has a minus 5 rating, the piquancy and popping sensation is there, and the bitterness lasts until the end. The gap between the appearance and the taste is a strange one. The label says "Mitsui no Kotobuki Cicala Cicala", which is too long.
