I bought it at Tsunoka Shoten, which I had wanted to visit for a long time. The nearest stations are Keihan Sumizome Station, Keihan Fujimori Station, or JR Fujimori Station. The brands available include Miyakotsuru, Tamagawa, Yaetsuru, Shirakikyu, Kumi no Ura, Jinzo, Yosamusume, Haginoroh, Roppo (from Kirakucho's brewery), Wakabisu, Joyo, Honohana (from Wakamiya Shuzo), and sake from the Meimon Sake Association. In addition, there were a few PB-like products that were only available at sake dealers' associations and unions. They were sake made by Eikun and Tsuki no Katsura. There were two kinds of sake, both fruity, so I chose 1801. It was not very fragrant for an aromatic yeast, but it was voluptuous and sweet. It was a bit similar to the Yatagarasu I drank before. I wonder if it tastes like this when you make a sweet sake with Koshihikari. It tastes a little cloying and messy...

Yosamusume Shuzo is a sake brewery that has only had a summer-only sake called "Sono Higurashi Nigori Shu" in the past. This time it was the most expensive sake, "Yosamusume Junmai Daiginjo Gohyakumangoku 40% polished. It is tasty and refreshing. It is considered to be reasonable in its price range.

Special Honjozo brewed with Kyoto brand rice, Kyo no Shine. I was a bit scared of the -10 sake level, but the balance of the alcoholic beverage is well expressed 😋. It's 19 degrees, a solid sake but easy to drink. I can't stop drinking it.

My preference ★★★★☆ 100% raw material rice The mouthfeel is smooth. The taste is characterized by sourness, with a strong rice flavor and acidity, and a slightly bitter aftertaste. Taste to your liking. Warmed to lukewarm (40°C), the umami and other flavors increase and become even more to your liking.

My preference ★★★★☆ 100% Kyo no Mamekko Koshihikari rice Yeast used: 1801 Polishing ratio 60 Gorgeous aroma of rice and fruity. The mouthfeel is mellow and fresh with a slight carbonation. Along with the gorgeous flavor, it has a strong rice flavor and a bitter taste at the end. It is light, but delicious with a tangy feel. And the label is cute ♡.

本日の一つ目は土産酒。与謝野鉄幹の故郷、与謝娘。スペック不明のプチ菰樽。立ち香はあまり感じず。飲み口は昭和風。熟成が進んでいるのか、少し古酒の趣きもあり〼。
