Purchased on a visit to the brewery after a long time 🍶.
It comes with a surprising sticker 🐸!
Intriguing for the Bikkuriman generation!
Made with 100% Kyoto sake rice, Kyo no Shineki.
The first sip made me say to myself, "This is delicious!
I was talking to myself!
The strength of the Yamahai and the acidity are well balanced.
The strength of Yamahai and the acidity are effective, but there is no cloying taste,
It has a beautiful mouthfeel.
It is a raw sake, so it has a lot of gusto, but it is very easy to drink.
but it is very easy to drink.
It satisfied all my taste buds' needs tonight.
It satisfied all my taste buds tonight!
Fresh aroma and slightly soft mouthfeel
Sake meter value -2, maybe a little sweet.
However, since it is a pure sake, it has an alcohol content of 19%.
It was served with 🧊.
If anything, Midori-no-kaze, which I posted last time, was more to my liking.
100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Kyoto.
Despite the aroma of marron glacé, this wine is very sour. The moment it lands on the tongue, it has a delicious sweetness, but after that, as it rolls down and is swallowed, it is sour.
This sourness is perfect for long hot summer nights. It might be good to drink it cooled down.
We went to Amanohashidate and Ine. A sake shop that stocks all the local Tango sake was recommended to me for the seafood dishes in Ine.
The sake is a special sake named 46 in honor of Shiro, a cousin of the brewer who is the president and toji (master brewer) of the brewery, and it is not widely available.
It has a slightly yellowish flavor and mild aroma, with plenty of acidity and sweetness, like an adult lemon squash attack, but it soon develops a full flavor and richness that is typical of Yamahai, with a long finish. It is more like a special junmai than a junmai ginjo.
However, the alcohol content is 17 degrees, which is dangerous. On a different topic, we stopped by the Ice Breaker Tamagawa Sake Brewery on the way to the restaurant, but the alcohol content of the other sake was also over 17 degrees, but we did not feel the richness of the alcohol, which was dangerous. Are there many Tango sake with high alcohol content?
Coming back to the topic, 46 matched it with Kakinoha Sushi🍣, which didn't seem like it would go well with it, but it went well with Kakinoha Sushi, which still had fresh ingredients and plump rice, probably because it was purchased at Kintetsu Kyoto Station!
46's special sake, Bannou, is wonderful👍!
Tomita_Junko, good evening 😃.
We've been talking about visiting the boathouse in Ine 😊 It's going to take quite a while from Tochigi, but maybe someday we can make it!
I'd love to have a drink with local fish with a nice view 🤗.
I bought it at Tsunoka Shoten, which I had wanted to visit for a long time. The nearest stations are Keihan Sumizome Station, Keihan Fujimori Station, or JR Fujimori Station.
The brands available include Miyakotsuru, Tamagawa, Yaetsuru, Shirakikyu, Kumi no Ura, Jinzo, Yosamusume, Haginoroh, Roppo (from Kirakucho's brewery), Wakabisu, Joyo, Honohana (from Wakamiya Shuzo), and sake from the Meimon Sake Association. In addition, there were a few PB-like products that were only available at sake dealers' associations and unions. They were sake made by Eikun and Tsuki no Katsura.
There were two kinds of sake, both fruity, so I chose 1801. It was not very fragrant for an aromatic yeast, but it was voluptuous and sweet.
It was a bit similar to the Yatagarasu I drank before. I wonder if it tastes like this when you make a sweet sake with Koshihikari. It tastes a little cloying and messy...
A bottle purchased at the brewery 🍶.
Refreshing aroma of lactic acidity.
It has a firm flavor with umami.
The acidity, which is typical of Yamahai, follows.
It is dry and has a beautiful sharpness.
It is delicious.

It has a rich umami flavor and a gentle sweetness.
It has a refreshing aftertaste that is typical of honjozo.
It is really delicious.
Be careful not to drink too much.
Sake encountered at SAKE Spring. Lactobacillus fermentation
Very fruity taste. But it is refreshing.
The alcohol content is high, so I have to be careful not to drink too much.
Yosamusume Shuzo is a sake brewery that has only had a summer-only sake called "Sono Higurashi Nigori Shu" in the past.
This time it was the most expensive sake, "Yosamusume Junmai Daiginjo Gohyakumangoku 40% polished.
It is tasty and refreshing.
It is considered to be reasonable in its price range.
