Timeline
boukenThis is my first time in Kumi no Ura. I've only seen it at Isetan Kyoto.
It has a fruity aroma, light and refreshingly sweet. It seems to be popular among women. It is different from the impression on the label. boukenI bought it at Tsunoka Shoten, which I had wanted to visit for a long time. The nearest stations are Keihan Sumizome Station, Keihan Fujimori Station, or JR Fujimori Station.
The brands available include Miyakotsuru, Tamagawa, Yaetsuru, Shirakikyu, Kumi no Ura, Jinzo, Yosamusume, Haginoroh, Roppo (from Kirakucho's brewery), Wakabisu, Joyo, Honohana (from Wakamiya Shuzo), and sake from the Meimon Sake Association. In addition, there were a few PB-like products that were only available at sake dealers' associations and unions. They were sake made by Eikun and Tsuki no Katsura.
There were two kinds of sake, both fruity, so I chose 1801. It was not very fragrant for an aromatic yeast, but it was voluptuous and sweet.
It was a bit similar to the Yatagarasu I drank before. I wonder if it tastes like this when you make a sweet sake with Koshihikari. It tastes a little cloying and messy... RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
