On the Shinkansen on the way back from a business trip to Kanazawa
Gen's pressed sushi and
Spirits? The alcohol was so strong that I thought it was a spirit.
The label says 20%.
It is dry and easy to drink.
Of course, it is easy to get drunk very quickly.
It has a strong Junmai character and gives a strong impression of being a Japanese sake.
It does not have any outstanding characteristics, but it has a solid grounding and is safe to drink.
The first time I drank it at a restaurant, they recommended drinking it with only the supernatant! It tasted completely different from the mixture, a little bit peculiar, but thick and tasty!
Alcoholic strength: 20 degrees Celsius
I bought it because it was described as "a fantastic sake produced in Kanazawa".
I was not so sure that I would like it at 20 degrees.
The second souvenir from Kanazawa.
The first taste is like water, but the alcohol taste comes in the middle. The aftertaste is already peculiar. I served it with roast beef. The aftertaste is too strong, so it's a bit of a failure.
I received it as a souvenir from Kanazawa.
When you first put it in your mouth, you will be surprised at how refreshing it is. When you put it on your tongue, you feel a sweetness that is not too sweet.
When swallowed, it has a strong dry taste.
The best match is crow's feet.
If you drink the sake while keeping it in your mouth, the dryness you feel at the end will disappear, and the sake will taste even better.
I bought a bottle of Hyakumangoku No Shiro, a sake rice from Ishikawa prefecture, to drink all of it. It is delicious, and I think it has a firm but fruity character.
