Dinner at Fukui I chose a sake as a souvenir for myself. It seems to be a fantastic sake. It is too sweet taste. "It's water! That's it.

Alcohol 20 degrees. It is more like a distilled sake than a brewed sake. It tastes like a refreshing after dinner sake. It has a nice crisp aftertaste that doesn't make you feel the high alcohol content. It is not sweet, and the refreshing feeling that comes after the richness is delicious.
