The aroma is mild, but in the mouth you can feel the flavor of the rice, and gradually it becomes dry and alkaline, but it cuts through quickly 😃 It's a delicious sake that tastes like a daiginjo 😙Thanks sis 😁.

It has a clear, clean, soft mouthfeel typical of Jungin Nagano sake, with a subtle sweetness and flavor of rice that comes in softly later. In general, the taste is elegant and delicate.

◽️How to drink Cold ◽️Impressions It has a nice aroma and a refreshing taste. Easy to drink. It certainly goes well with fish dishes. (Couldn't drink it with fish). To put it worse, the sake by itself is a bit lacking. It is a good drink for a meal.
