On the first day, it was smooth to drink and not enough for my personal taste. On the second day, the flavor and the ginjo aroma are more noticeable, and the taste is to my personal liking.

Sake from Nagano, Japan. Aroma like pear. Slightly sweet and tangy, followed by the umami of sake. It was very delicious when paired with salted fish. I will drink it carefully.

(゜▽゜*)wdwdwdwdwd Today, my sister sent me another gift 4/5🎁 I've had a bottle of Shinanoya Kahei from Endo Sake Brewery in Nagano Prefecture 😀. The aroma is mild, but in the mouth you can feel the flavor of the rice, and gradually it becomes dry and alkaline, but it cuts through quickly 😃 It's a delicious sake that tastes like a daiginjo 😙Thanks sis 😁.
