The taste is clean with no harshness ✨.
It doesn't have much umami on top of it.
It can be drunk with or after a meal.
I could drink it with a meal or after a meal. MoOn the first day, it was smooth to drink and not enough for my personal taste.
On the second day, the flavor and the ginjo aroma are more noticeable, and the taste is to my personal liking. Kazua gift
Unusual daiginjo-shu because I used to drink only junmai (pure rice).
