We were able to listen to the explanation of the sake and
I was able to hear the story of Rikuo.
The brewing water is said to be underground water (well water).
So, we bought a sake brewed with traditional yeast.
I bought a bottle of Junmai-shu.
Certainly, it is different from the current fruity
But the sourness? (sourness).
I can feel the sourness.
