Junmai sake from Kenbishi.
As a Junmai sake drinker, I really wanted to have a Junmai sake from Kenbishi, so I bought it online.
The color is light amber.
The matured flavor reminds me of chocolate aroma.
It is a solid sake with a great posture.

Amber-colored matured sake
The sweetness and the umami of rice come to the fore.
It has a strong taste but also has a nice sharpness
Great sense of presence
Delicious lukewarm.

I received this as a gift from a friend!
It's been a while since I've had a sake with a strong sake flavor, as I've been drinking a lot of mellow sake lately.
I love the tangy and spicy sensation that lingers after the sake goes down your throat!
I also liked the way the aroma spread in my mouth.
Purchased at the Nishinomiya Township brewery opening event.
It's been decades since I've had kenrishi.
When I was a student, I used to be so happy with kenrishi! I used to be overjoyed when I was a student.
The brewer said that the filtration was used sparingly in order to preserve the umami flavor. The golden color of the sake is crisp and dry when cold
When hot, it is full of umami.
It is an excellent sake after all.
Blended only with sake that has been aged for more than 2 years
Sweet, strong aroma (rice), slightly strong attack, thick, mellow, viscous, short finish, somewhat complex, firm and delicious, mature sake
4.5
Rich flavor and sharpness.
Warmed it up and served with grated pumpkin from Mr. Chiba's pairing book.
Quite my favorite. I feel the ability of a long-established company.
Is the rice Yamada Nishiki?
Color →Dark kohaku color
Aroma →Spicy and heavy aroma.
Taste →Spicy aroma, just like the aroma. Other makers also have this taste.
I wonder which one is producing this flavor 🤔.
