The booth of Fukui Shuzo "Shikai-O" in Aichi Prefecture. It was the second time I drank this and it was the same. Shikai-oh Daiginjyo Yumeginko Touji no Yabo" (The Ambition of the Touji) Shikai-o Junmai Ginjo Yumesansui Shikai-o Junmai Fuku Touji no Yabou" is delicious with a strong sweetness and umami. My favorite was "Junmai Ginjo Yumesansui", which I thought was fruity. Yumesansui and Yumesaginko are sake rice from Aichi Prefecture, which is not so familiar to most sake brewers.

Shikai King I saw an oden sha running and it tickled my sake spirit? I was tickled and had a cup of this sake with oden at home today. I microwaved it and warmed it up to lukewarm and it was so good, cooooool! ☺️🍶 It's the best tag team with oden!

Fukui Shuzo, Aichi Prefecture. Shikai-O booth. Shikai-oh Junmai Ginjo Shin Shikai-oh Daiginjo Yume-Ginko Touji no Ambition 🔴. Touji no Yabou is a sake that the toji was confident that this was the sake he wanted to make. It was a delicious sake with a strong sweetness and umami flavor 😋.

Junmai Ginjo The amount of sake to be tasted is about half of a cup. I felt it was not enough, but I guess it's a good amount to drink a variety of sake. The second sake at the Japanese Sake Festival. Shikai-oh. Hmm? Hmmm. The taste was blurred by the strong impression of the previous sake, wasn't it? I took a bite of oysters I bought at the next booth. Yum! Then I took a sip of sake. This makes me happy. Japanese Sake Fest in Nakameguro 2022

Aichi Toyokawa Oshimaya Sold at Oshimaya, a liquor store established in 1838, located on the main approach to Toyokawa Inari (Toyokawa Pavilion Myogonji Temple). It contains Shikai-o. It has a clean taste for a regular sake. The sake smell is moderate. It has a good sharpness.
