Every Shikai-O I've had so far is perfect for simmered vegetables!
Today is a good day for Shikai-o because vegetables are cheap and can be stewed!
It has the refreshing taste of honjozo sake, but the flavor is both fresh and satisfying!
Heating up the sake makes the best use of it.
The cup is a good visual.
The scene with a cup of sake is now a scene of scenery.
A dining table with a cup of sake should be selected as one of the 100 best views in Japan!

At a store operated by Yamasa Chikuwa, which was featured in one of my favorite movies.
The aroma is the most royal sake!
When you take a sip, the sweetness and umami of the fluffy rice spread out and become clear and tight.
As you continue to drink it, the crispness prevails and it feels dry.
I was very satisfied with this sake because I wanted to try this brand in the same movie.

I was curious about Shikai-O, which Shinsho-san had posted before, and bought it on a trip to Nagoya at the end of July.
I had been planning to drink it when the weather turned cooler.
It is a cold sake, room temperature, and warmed up to about 50 degrees Celsius.
It has a calm and nourishing flavor.
It is not flashy or heavy, but has a casual flavor.
It is clean and tasty as if it were made with rice grown without pesticides, and even when heated, it does not fall apart, and the strength of the core of its subtle umami is gradually revealed, making it a good sake.
I can't wait to enjoy this sake with yakitori👍.

Moist and calm, soft sweetness and ginjo aroma. Soft on the palate too.
