The rice used is Miyamanishiki
I bought it because I was interested in the name which is not like sake.
It seems to be available at some supermarkets in some areas.
The aroma and mouthfeel is banana🍌.
It's not that intense, but I felt the ripe banana🍌.
Overall, it's smooth and unctuous, with a mild sweetness and a refreshing sourness. It's versatile as a food sake, and it's just plain good.
There are many good Akita sakes again!
Four seasons of Shirakami Sanchi
100% Miyamanishiki
Polishing ratio 60%.
Alcohol content 15%.
Dry! It's delicious without being bland!
I'll finally reach my 200th check-in goal next time!
The aroma is of alcohol with a hint of sweetness and a hint of koji. The sharpness is normal, and the aftertaste disappears gently. There is a good balance between the alcohol and the sweetness of the rice, and the malted rice flavor (milkiness) is quite strong.
