I was curious.
I thought it was something I didn't like, so I ordered it and found that I didn't like the taste.
It has a crispy gourd-like mouthfeel, a greenish smell, and a spicy alcohol taste.
I felt it was a habit.
Bitter taste, citrus acidity.
It goes well with miso cucumber. You can feel the sweetness and umami of rice in contrast with the salty taste of miso.
I thought it is a sake that is enhanced by the entrée.
