The weather is getting warmer. Sendai is finally ready for the cherry blossom viewing season. This year, Sendai has launched the "Chochi-Drinking Handbook" and participating stores offer a set of drinks for only 1,100 yen. We also enjoy a little drinking on weekends while strolling around with our spouses. The aroma is slightly citrusy. The mouthfeel is slightly sweet and sour with a tangy gasiness.
