Sendai is finally ready for the cherry blossom viewing season.
This year, Sendai has launched the "Chochi-Drinking Handbook" and participating stores offer a set of drinks for only 1,100 yen. We also enjoy a little drinking on weekends while strolling around with our spouses.
The aroma is slightly citrusy.
The mouthfeel is slightly sweet and sour with a tangy gasiness. The aftertaste changes to a fruity aftertaste, then finishes crisply with a mild acidity and bitterness.

This is the first Sendai edition of Choidome, and there are other editions in Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, Himeji, Okayama, Takamatsu, and Fukuoka 😋.
Only Sendai is flying east, so maybe Mito area will be included too 🤘.
