Good evening, Oyajii! Mino chrysanthemum is very attractive. I don't see many of these in my home town of Gifu! The Special Honjozo from the same brewery's Shiraisen is a favourite of my dad's from when he used to drink it at home, so if you see it, please do 😆.

Yesterday, I bought several kinds of sake because the food section of a commercial facility near Musashiurawa Station was surprisingly well stocked with 180ml and 300ml bottles of sake. I'm sure you've heard of it. It is interesting in this way. Because it is a Mino sake, I used a Mino pottery sake cup that I got at Koyama Shoten in Seiseki Sakuragaoka more than two years ago. Koyama Shoten not only has an overwhelming selection of sake, but also has these tasteful sake cups (priced at a reasonable 400 yen) as an item, which is wonderful. With teriyaki yellowtail.

Sweet and refreshing. Easy to drink. Beware of drinking too much. Because it is sweet, it goes well with rice that doesn't linger. Sashimi and so on. The price is cheap. It's less than 2,000 yen.

We'll have that centipede labeled Mino chrysanthemum❗️ It's near the Yoro Falls, which was mentioned in an old story about a filial son. You can feel the richness of the rice flavor without the glamorousness that is so prevalent. The feeling of flash and full of excitement.
