とにかく発酵で出来た炭酸がすごくて一気に開けると吹き出ます。
少しづつ開封してやっと飲むことができます。
乳製品っぽい強い香りで好き嫌いが分かれそうだなぁという印象。
味は少し苦味があるもののまとまった味です。
味の濃い料理とかチーズに合いそうかな？
