It is a sake from the Yamagata Okitama region. We enjoyed it while reading Keiji Maeda. I can't write down my impressions because I drank it so quickly, so I decided in secret to try it again. 20231230

In Takahata, Nishikibana was sold in the same space as Yonetsuru and Benten, and at a Yamagata beef barbecue restaurant, Nishikibana was the only sake on the menu.
