The first aroma of melon starting to sweeten 🍈✨. Beautiful clear sweetness on the palate, and then the clear sweetness comes in gradually and brings the whole thing together 🤤💐. This is the first time I've had a sake made with Snow Goddess and it's so modern and delicious 😋😋😋.

It was a gift from my father-in-law. It has a delicate sweetness that is typical of 100% Snow Goddess. It has a refined sweet ginjo aroma. While it is light and sweet, it also has a sense of alcohol. It has a smooth taste, but is also very drinkable. It goes well with scallops with butter and soy sauce.

It seems to be a sake brewery in the hometown of Kousuke Hamada, the author of "The Red Devil Who Cried". Blue devil version. Soft sweetness. It has a beautiful acidity and a strong umami. It is like a blue demon. Or not.

It has a mild aroma and a clean, delicious taste. ←From the official pamphlet of Yamagata Sake Wholesaler. This sake is produced in Takahata-cho, Yamagata Prefecture. The town of Takahata is the home of the Hamada Hirosuke Memorial Museum, which is widely known for its famous "Red Devil Who Cried. The sake is one of Yamagata's favorite local brews, and is served hot or cold. Warmed or cold, it is my favorite local sake in Yamagata. I'm going to enjoy it tonight while thinking of my loved ones and wishing them long-lasting happiness. Thank you for everything. And thank you for all your support. It was a very delicious sake with the brewer's thoughts and feelings condensed into a solid package. Postscript I got this cup at the "Yoneori Sightseeing Center" in Takahata-cho, and it is very useful for heating sake. I noticed it just now as I finished writing this...(^O^;)(Hito´) The picture on it is safflower. It reminds me of "Omohide Poroporo".
