I went to Saison Factory in Takatsuki Hankyu, a store that sells jams and other items, because they have sake from Yamagata.
They had Hanyo Nishikibana, Gazanryu, Yamato Sakura, Sumiyoshi, Ginrei-Gassan, Matsumine-no-Fuji, Kudokibe, Eikofuji, Seisenkawa, Dewazakura, Rokkasen, etc.
I'm not sure if they always carry these brands.
The name of the store seems to be based on the birthplace of the author of "The Red Devil Who Cried".
The red devil was dry, so I chose the blue devil.
The rice is Sake Mirai.
I thought it was great that they used Sake Mirai and the price was less than 2,000 yen.
Slightly sweet, but with herbal and grassy flavors. I got the impression that it would be better at room temperature, as the aroma would stand out.
It has a slight smokiness to it, but it's not unpleasant.

Yamagata booth alone
Nishikika Sake Brewery in Takahata-machi
I had heard from Icoma that Hanyo Nishikiban was not released outside of the prefecture, so I definitely wanted to drink it!
Polishing ratio 33%, Yuki-Megami 16 degrees, Sake degree -1.5, Acidity 1.25
4,400 yen
Slightly fruity and delicious!
Like clean water!
This is so good! I think 4,400 yen for a 33% milling ratio of Yuki no Meishin is a good deal, right?
Good evening, bouken.
I was planning to go to Yamagata in the summer, so I was secretly aiming for this sake 😎✨It's really delicious - I'd like to try it!
Good evening, Miss Peco.
This really tastes like a 5,000 yen or more sake, so please look for it when you go to Yamagata.
I don't think you can buy it outside of Yamagata, so please do!
The first aroma of melon starting to sweeten 🍈✨.
Beautiful clear sweetness on the palate, and then the clear sweetness comes in gradually and brings the whole thing together 🤤💐.
This is the first time I've had a sake made with Snow Goddess and it's so modern and delicious 😋😋😋.
It was a gift from my father-in-law.
It has a delicate sweetness that is typical of 100% Snow Goddess.
It has a refined sweet ginjo aroma.
While it is light and sweet, it also has a sense of alcohol.
It has a smooth taste, but is also very drinkable.
It goes well with scallops with butter and soy sauce.
Get it on your travels. It's made with the sake rice Snow Goddess, a much-drank sake in the region. It has a classic feel, yet it is mellow and you can feel the deliciousness of the water. It goes into your body more smoothly than you can imagine.
It seems to be a sake brewery in the hometown of Kousuke Hamada, the author of "The Red Devil Who Cried".
Blue devil version.
Soft sweetness.
It has a beautiful acidity and a strong umami.
It is like a blue demon. Or not.
This was also served at a corner bar in Yamagata Prefecture!
Sweet but refreshing~ ☺️
The light cloudy color really looks like snow and the visual is beautiful!
