Purchased at Yamagata Kaikan in Ginza. It has a faint ginjo scent, with less aroma. It is aromatic and slightly sweet. It has a light taste typical of Yukigami. It has few characteristics. I drank it chilled. I paired it with grilled beef, but it seemed to lose a little. I wanted to drink it a little better.
